How to cancel yearly renewal with Square

HOW TO REMOVE YOUR CREDIT CARD FROM YOUR SQUARE SUBSCRIPTION.

We currently use Square as our form of payment for memberships. This requires a credit card for payment. You are automatically enrolled in a YEARLY RENEWAL. If you do not want to have the yearly renewal please follow these steps AFTER payment.

1. Log into the email you used for your payment

2.Find your invoice for your membership subscription. It will look like this.

3. Scroll to the bottom of invoice to the highlighted section

your card dashboard and click on it.

4. Please select the option:

- I made a one time purchase with this seller.

Press Remove Card

You are done :) your credit card will not be charged as an annual renewal. If you have any issues just email us and we can also remove your credit card for you from our Square dashboard. pottersguildofbc@gmail.com
